Tteokbokki, also known as Ddeokbokki is a popular street vendor snack that I’ve been craving to try since I’ve started this new craze of watching Korean Dramas. It looked so tasty on those dramas so I had to try making it. It’s a super spicy (at least to me!) braised dish of rice cakes which you can choose to add a protein such as beef or fish cake, eggs and hot pepper paste.
